Yep, that's probably the same nervous/excited face we all had on our first day. It was so fun to be there in Rexburg with Brian. So many memories of my first days at Ricks!
Proud parents at the free Freshman Orientation lunch.
Signing up for iTeam activites.
Unpacking.
Yes, I was the embarrassing sister that demanded a new roommate picture. (That was for your benefit, older siblings.)
The Rexburg Temple is breath-taking inside. It was neat to go with family.

We all have memories of that profound change that took place in our lives when we left home. Our personal experiences are not as well documented. Lisa's support team were younger kids that didn't have camaras. In those days, documenting meant taking "a" picture!
Congrats to Brian! I remember when he was helping us get settled in our first day- the trip to DI to apprehend "furnishings"- *shudder*, naming our cactus ED, bonding over Simpsons talk, discovering Broulim's had delivery- *oh joy!*, acquiring our gigantic Monet poster for the back wall, meeting all of the new roomies, being scared of the new roomies, deciding who slept where- Ahhh! Amy Lou, How I miss you! I love this time of year!
You were so lucky to be there Am. Great pictures. Thank you. Mom, I like your shirt!
Great pictures Amy. I'm so glad you took the roommate picture! haha.... we were talking to Brian the other night and I was asking him all these questions about his roommate, and he would just laugh and give vague answers, as his roommate was in the room. So it's fun to see a picture! Anyway, so fun you could be there!
