God Bless America (and other patriotic phrases)

Well, this is a lot of pictures for just one day, but it was the 4th of July. With everyone decked out in their red, white, and blue, waving flags, eating burgers and attending parades... there was bound to be a lot of pictures. We had a great day. It started at the Park City parade. We came just in time to see just enough and then headed to the splash pad. Peter and Jane liked the fire trucks best.

Chris and I scored a few t-shirts from Stately Type.  We love David Lesue's designs and were so excited to get our family all outfitted for the holiday.

Over at the splash pad, Jane's bravery built very, very slowly, but eventually, she was running through the sprinklers, squealing happily.

Peter gives the happiest, proudest "Ta Da"s when he conquers a mountain.  He LOVED climbing up these rocks and announcing his accomplishment to whomever was watching.

Back at the homestead, we had a fabulous BBQ and just kept on taking pictures...

I just love this goofy family of mine.  I couldn't resist posting the whole session.
